Serve as the second-shift concierge for a 23-unit boutique beach property, tending to residents and their guests from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, Thursday through Sunday. Reporting to the property manager and head concierge this active role provides routine concierge assistance, supports pool and beach gatherings, maintains common areas, and helps secure the premises while ensuring a thorough handover to the midnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist residents and guests with routine requests and full concierge services, securing manager approval when required.
• Provide gate access and full access-control oversight for guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Receive and deliver packages to residents.
• Make reservations upon request.
• Keep common areas presentable throughout the shift.
• Remove beach furniture at the end of the day and launder beach and pool towels.
• Turn on grills and provide resident assistance during pool and beach gatherings, including setup and cleanup.
• Monitor cameras and security systems, lock the premises, and maintain awareness of property security.
• Keep a written log, document incidents and open requests, and provide the incoming midnight shift with a verbal briefing and complete property status review.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of concierge services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service experience.
• Access-control experience.
• Reservation management experience.
• Security monitoring experience.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Laundry operations experience.
• Incident reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to remain active and responsive throughout the shift.
