  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients that are tailored under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring that each session aligns with established treatment goals.

  • Document patient interactions accurately and promptly, maintaining comprehensive progress notes that reflect clients' advancements towards their therapeutic objectives.

  • Orient new patients and their families regarding treatment processes, effectively communicating what to expect during their time at the clinic.

  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating an ability to act decisively while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.

  • Maintain an awareness of each assigned patient's treatment goals, advocating for additional services or adjustments to care plans when warranted.

  • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and contribute insights derived from patient observations.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

  • An active, state-issued license as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW); limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

  • Ability to make informed evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement effective strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the building of rapport with clients and collaborative work with team members.

  • Proficiency in utilizing digital health record systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.
